New Build – Designer Home

While sub-contracting to residential specialists Shore Build, Trust Build was responsible for the completion of a stunning architecturally designed new home which won the Gold Medal for House of Year $1,000,000 category at the NZ Master Builder Federation 2009 Awards.

The property, designed by Stephen Jones Architect, incorporates beautiful cedar cladding, polished concrete floors, marble kitchen counters and splash backs, American Oak detailing and Travertine bathroom tiling.

Covered Outdoor Living, Blockhouse Bay

For this project the Trust Build team created an outdoor room for the client to increase their summer living space.

A new timber deck, half height timber walls with built in seating, a LouvreTec pergola, new doors and fresh landscaping all contribute to this inviting area – so much so, the client is using it all year round!
