Matt Drought, owner and operator of Trust Build, is a qualified builder and Licensed Building Practitioner with more than 18 years experience in the residential building trade. Trust Build specialise in renovations, extensions and new build homes to Hibiscus Coast and the North Shore.

Matt is a father of two, who lives on the Hibiscus Coast where he and his partner Laurinda have recently purchased a relocated villa. This allows Matt to indulge in his passion for villas – so every spare moment available, Matt can be found ‘working’ on the house. (For him it’s not work, it’s fun!)

While sub-contracting to residential specialists Shore Build, Matt was responsible for the completion of a new home and a villa restoration which both won Gold Medals in the House of Year at the NZ Master Builder Federation 2009 and 2016 Awards.
